Creating a new Company in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Microsoft Dynamics AX  is a ERP tool designed for small and mid level organization.
In AX there are many modules like finance, supply chain mgt, HR, CRM and a few more.
Axapta is basically available as a .exe . It is a windows based application. but can be made available as a web based tool. Now i am going to explain the windows based AX.

To Log in as a user in windows based AX you need to just right click the exe  and click run as
The Login option will be  available .
1. But before that you should be added as a user in Active Directory
2. You should be assigned a particular role for performing in that company
3. According to your role the role centre page will be loaded.

  Creating  a new Company

Ø Go to Administration > Common Forms > Company accounts. The Company form opens
Ø Create a new record by pressing CTRL+N.
Ø In the Company accounts field,  type AXT and in the Name of company accounts field, type
    Dynamics AX Training.
ØSelect AXT company, and then click OK.
Ø To Make your created company as default  >Click the Microsoft Dynamics AX menu
     button and then click Tools > Options
ØThe Options form opens. On the General tab, find the Start company accounts field
    and select AXT company from the drop-down list. Close the form.

Your New Company Is Ready to be Used...................
